THE ENGINEERING OF ADVANTAGE
We didn't just design a putter. We invented a new mechanical standard.
DUAL TAPERCORE™ ADAPTER SYSTEM
At the heart of CHASSI is the Dual TaperCore Friction Adapter System. A proprietary connection engine that creates a "light-tight" interface between the body, face, and chassis.
-
+/- 0.005mm TOLERANCE Machined to aerospace standards. Zero wiggle. Zero vibration.
-
FRICTION LOCK INTERFACE As screws tighten, the tapers engage, creating a bond stronger than steel.
-
DYNAMIC ENERGY TRANSFER Feels like a solid one-piece milling because, physics-wise, it acts like one.
EPOXY IS DEAD.
Traditional putters are glued together. Over time, epoxy degrades, vibration changes, and feel softens.
CHASSI IS DRY-FIT CONSTRUCTED.
We use a precision-engineered Torque Screw System with the Male-Female Friction Adapters. No adhesives. No degradation. Just pure, mechanical integrity that lasts forever.
"SIMPLEXITY"
A core CHASSI philosophy. The engineering inside is incredibly complex so the user experience can be stupidly simple. Swap components in 60 seconds with a single tool.
AEROSPACE 6061
The CHASSI'S frame is milled from 6061 Aerospace-Grade Aluminum for the perfect strength-to-weight ratio, allowing us to displace mass to the perimeter.
303 STAINLESS & TUNGSTEN
Weights and Face Inserts utilize high-density Tungsten and 303 Stainless Steel to manipulate CG (Center of Gravity) and MOI (Moment of Inertia) to the gram.
FUTURE-PROOF ARCHITECTURE
Because CHASSI is modular, your putter evolves with technology. The TaperCore system is designed to accept future innovations without buying a new club.
-
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN Universal bi-swing chassis reduces manufacturing waste by 20%.
-
SMART READY Patented design allows for future integration of smart sensors for stroke tracking.
-
3D PRINTING INTEGRATION The platform is ready for rapid-prototype 3D printed polymer bodies.
Limited to 100 Gen 1 Launch Kits.
THE "IMPOSSIBLE" GEOMETRY
THE PROBLEM: Physics dictates that a Plumber Neck (Crank Neck) pushes mass to the toe, creating "Toe Hang." This forces the putter to open and close, requiring an arced stroke. Players who want a straight-back-straight-through stroke have always been forced to use ugly "Face Balanced" bent shafts or specific mallets.
THE CHASSI SOLUTION: We broke the physics. By pairing a High-Density 303 Stainless Steel Hosel with our featherlight 6061 Aluminum Bodies, the heavy neck acts as a massive counter-weight anchor.
TRADITIONAL PLUMBER
CHASSI PLUMBER
THE RESULT: The mass of the neck pulls the Center of Gravity (CG) perfectly in line with the shaft axis. This creates True Face-Balanced Performance in a traditional Plumber Neck profile.
SYSTEM WIDE APPLICATION: This isn't just for mallets. Whether you play the Juniper or the Magnolia Blade, equipping the Long Plumber Neck instantly transforms your putter into a Zero-Torque machine. You get the sharp, square look of a blade with the stability of a high-MOI mallet.
ONE PUTTER. THREE PERSONALITIES.
Dial your MOI, feel, and roll exactly how you want. Every round.
RESPONSIVE
FAST GREENS (10-14+)Lowest MOI for lightning-fast transition. Feel every blade of grass. Pure speed control.
BALANCED
EVERYDAY (8-11)The pro’s daily driver. Confidence on every line. The perfect middle ground.
STABLE
SLOW GREENS (6-9)Highest MOI. Rock-solid forgiveness. Misses stay online. Distance control on autopilot.
TECHNICAL F.A.Q.
DOES THE HEAD RATTLE OR VIBRATE?
Absolutely not. We use a patented Dual TaperCore Friction Adapter System machined to tolerances within +/- 0.005 mm. As you tighten the torque screws, the tapered interfaces engage, creating a friction lock that eliminates all movement and vibration. It feels exactly like a solid, one-piece milled putter.
DO I NEED GLUE OR EPOXY?
Never. Traditional putters are glued. CHASSI uses Dry-Fit Construction. Our male-female adapter system and torque screws ensure a mechanical bond stronger than epoxy, allowing you to disassemble and reassemble thousands of times without degradation.
CAN I REALLY SWITCH FROM BLADE TO MALLET?
Yes. The Uni-Frame Chassis is universal. It accepts both Blade and Mallet bodies seamlessly. You can play a Magnolia Blade on fast greens Saturday and swap to an Azalea Mallet for slow greens Sunday using the same shaft and grip.
WHAT IS THE SWING WEIGHT RANGE?
We offer the widest weight range in golf. By mixing Aluminum, Steel, and Tungsten components, you can configure your head weight anywhere from 280g (Ultra-Light) to 440g+ (Heavy Stable). Weight kits allow adjustments in precise increments.
IS THIS USGA CONFORMING?
Yes. When assembled, the CHASSI Putter meets all USGA equipment standards. However, per USGA rules, you cannot adjust the putter during a stipulated round (just like adjustable drivers). All adjustments must be made before your tee time.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
We use only premium materials: 6061 Aerospace Aluminum for the Chassis/Body, 303 Stainless Steel for standard weights, and High-Density Tungsten for stability weights and inserts.
IS IT AVAILABLE FOR LEFT-HANDED GOLFERS?
Yes. The CHASSI Uni-Frame features a universal Bi-Swing Design, enabling it to seamlessly accommodate both left-swing and right-swing golfers without needing a separate production line. You simply configure the hosel orientation.
DO I NEED SPECIAL TOOLS?
Just one. Every kit comes with our proprietary Torque Key. It applies the exact newton-meters required to lock the TaperCore system instantly. No heat guns, no vices, no mess.
HOW IS THE SOUND/FEEL CONTROLLED?
We utilize strategically placed Sound Dampening O-Rings integrated into the component interfaces. This eliminates high-pitch vibrations and creates the solid, deadened acoustic signature preferred by tour players.
CAN I CHANGE THE LOFT?
Yes. Unlike bending a neck which stresses the metal, you can simply swap the Putter Face itself. We offer faces in varying loft angles (e.g., 2°, 4°, 6°) to optimize your roll for different grass heights and stroke types.
