AUTHORIZED CHASSI PRO AGREEMENT
Terms of Service, Financial Obligations, and Operational Protocols.

THE PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE
1.1 Independent Contractor Status: The "Authorized Chassi Pro" (hereinafter referred to as "The Partner") operates as an independent business entity and not an employee of Chassi Golf. The Partner retains full autonomy over their schedule and studio operations.
1.2 The Chassi System: Chassi Golf agrees to provide The Partner with access to the Chassi Fit Kit, proprietary fitting software, and wholesale pricing tiers, subject to the financial terms below.

FIT KIT ACQUISITION & PERFORMANCE
2.1 Asset Valuation: The Chassi Fit Kit has a strict asset value of $2,500.00 USD. This includes 4 milled bodies, 4 necks, shaft matrix, weight ecosystem, and travel case.
2.2 Payment Option A: Direct Acquisition: The Partner may purchase the Fit Kit upfront for the full value of $2,500.00. Partners who choose this option receive maximum wholesale margin immediately and have no monthly performance minimums regarding kit repayment.
2.3 Payment Option B: The "Earn-Your-Kit" Deferred Plan:
The Partner may secure the Fit Kit with a non-refundable Deposit of $500.00.
The remaining balance of $2,000.00 acts as a zero-interest operational debt to Chassi Golf.
2.4 Debt Repayment (Commission Garnishment):
For Partners on Option B, a 20% Garnishment will be applied to the Partner's Standard Margin on every putter sold until the $2,000 balance is satisfied. Once satisfied, the Partner retains 100% of their margin.
2.5 The 90-Day Performance Rule:
If the Partner fails to register a sale for 90 consecutive days, the active repayment plan is considered "Stalled."
Default Action: Chassi Golf reserves the right to charge the Partner's card on file for the Full Remaining Balance of the Fit Kit immediately following the 90th day of inactivity.
2.6 The "Slow Period" Option ($149.99):
If the Partner is experiencing a slow period, they may opt to make a minimum principal payment of $149.99 to keep the account in good standing and avoid the full balance charge.
Notification Requirement: The Partner MUST contact Chassi Support at least 14 Days Prior to the end of the 90-day period to arrange this payment. Failure to contact us results in the Default Action (Full Charge).
2.7 Returns & Damages:
The Partner may voluntarily return the Fit Kit to settle the debt. There are NO REFUNDS on the initial deposit or any prior payments.
Condition Check: The Fit Kit must be returned in perfect presentation condition. If parts are missing, damaged, or show excessive wear, the Partner will be billed individually for the replacement cost of those specific components.

PRICING ARCHITECTURE
3.1 Industry Standard Margins: Chassi Golf guarantees a wholesale margin structure that meets or exceeds industry standards. This is realized via the difference between the Wholesale Cost (paid by Partner) and the Transaction Price (paid by Client).
3.2 The "Inside Line" Discount: The Partner is authorized to offer a strict 10% Discount off current MSRP to fitting clients.
Restriction: The Partner may NOT advertise a price lower than this 10% floor (MAP Policy). Violating MAP will result in immediate termination of dealer status.
3.3 Instant Cash Flow: Unlike traditional commission models paid "Net 30" or "Net 60," the Chassi model provides Instant Liquidity. The Partner collects the full retail payment from the client, pays Chassi the wholesale cost, and retains the profit immediately.

DATA & WARRANTY PROTOCOLS
4.1 The Data Requirement: To validate the Lifetime Warranty on a custom build, the Partner MUST submit the End User’s (Client's) Name and Email Address at the time of order entry.
4.2 Data Ownership: Chassi Golf agrees that the End User is the primary client of The Partner. Chassi Golf will not directly solicit the client for fitting services but reserves the right to market accessory/ecosystem upgrades (bodies/faces) to the client, which drives recurring revenue back to the Partner.
4.3 Warranty Voidance: Orders submitted with the Fitter’s email address instead of the Client’s email address are classified as "Stock Inventory" and carry a limited 1-year warranty, rather than the Client Lifetime Warranty.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
5.1 Voluntary Termination: The Partner may terminate this agreement at any time. If the Mobile Armory is not paid off, it must be returned in good working condition within 10 business days.
5.2 Inactive Status: Partners who do not register a fit or sale for 6 consecutive months will be moved to "Inactive" status and may forfeit their specific geographic exclusivity (if applicable).
